Tune into tuna

In April 2022, we worked with Bedford Women’s Centre where we ran a cooking workshop and baked tuna patties. Following on from this event, we wanted to talk about the benefits of eating tuna. Tuna is packed with goodness. It is naturally high in omega 3 fatty acids, which is thought to help lower cholesterol in the body, boost brain function and improve eye health. Tuna is also high in protein and vitamin B12.

At Food etc we create innovative and affordable meals, as well as the opportunity to have a lovely natter, which is just as important as the cooking!
