Stove Top Bread

Makes 4 rolls

  • 1 cup plain flour 
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt to taste (approx. half tsp)
  • Third cup warm water
  • Rosemary or other herbs – optional
  1. Mix the flour baking powder and sea salt
  1. Stir in the olive oil and water
  1. Warm a large frying pan over medium heat
  1. Sprinkle with olive oil and swirl around the pan to lightly coat
  1. Shape the dough into 4 small patties
  1. Drop into the pan and cook over medium heat for 5 minutes on each side
  1. You can sprinkle them with rosemary or other herbs while they’re cooking
  1. Serve immediately
