Unfried fries (potato wedges)

Unfried Fries

  • 1 medium potato per person
  • Oil (vegetable, rapeseed or olive)
  • Spice (optional) eg paprika, cajun, chilli
  1. Wash the potatoes and cut them into chunky chips or wedges
  2. Sprinkle a little oil over them and put them in a roasting tin and into the oven 200c/fan 180c/gas 6 for 30 minutes turning them every 10 minutes.
