Unfried fries (potato wedges)
Unfried Fries
- 1 medium potato per person
- Oil (vegetable, rapeseed or olive)
- Spice (optional) eg paprika, cajun, chilli
- Wash the potatoes and cut them into chunky chips or wedges
- Sprinkle a little oil over them and put them in a roasting tin and into the oven 200c/fan 180c/gas 6 for 30 minutes turning them every 10 minutes.
